My hours and availability

I strongly believe that a balanced schedule leads to improved creativity, productivity and overall wellness. Because of that, I hold regular office hours where I am available to be contacted and to work. My office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am to 6pm EST.

If you need to get in touch with me, you can send me an email at hello@katebourque.com. I am available for phone calls or Zoom calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays which can be scheduled in advance. Scheduled calls help us to be prepared and efficient.

GATHERING CONTENT

How should I share files?

Do you have photos or other content that you would like posted to share with me? When we start, I will create a shared folder for us where you can easily add content to share. Took a quick pic on your phone? You can send it to me as a text message, and I will add it to our shared folder so that it is in the queue.

WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR DISCOVERY CALL?

The discovery call is a deep dive into your goals, needs and the specifics of your brand. This is where we will start the in-depth discussion of your project so that I can prepare a social media strategy for you.

WILL YOU SCHEDULE MY POSTS AHEAD OF TIME?
Yes, your posts are scheduled ahead of time using a social media scheduling tool. I typically use Hootsuite or Planoly, depending on the platforms we’ll be tackling.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Social media marketing is very effective, but it also takes time! Social media leads to stronger brand awareness, brand loyalty and increased word of mouth. Businesses typically start to see results within the first 1-3 months of implementing a new social media strategy.
HOW CAN I SEND CHANGES?

HOW CAN I SEND YOU IMAGES?
I will create a shared folder for us in Google Drive where you can add any images you’d like me to post on your behalf. I will also add content calendars and reports to this folder.
WHEN DO YOU SEND REPORTS?
I send a social media report once per month, the week following the end of the cycle. You’ll receive a PDF report with an overview of your analytics, anything that stood out to me and my recommendations for next month. We then schedule a call to discuss the report and any key points for the new cycle.
I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF PHOTOS TO SHARE WITH YOU OR CONTENT. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
Let’s make it work. There are some options here: we can use stock photography when needed (but sparingly and it needs to look authentic) or we can create custom graphics. However, I really recommend getting some professional photos taken if you can. I’d be happy to recommend someone in your area!
