In 2020, many psychotherapists started to shift to virtual therapy sessions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is when I first got to know Saterra. They came to me during their pivot, looking for a new website that would reach their clients and clarify their virtual services. As an offering that was relatively new, it was important that we focused on customer education. We developed a strategy to support the brand in accomplishing their new goals. It was important to really take an empathy-driven approach to getting to know their audience so that we could put forth a meaningful brand. We also refined their existing visual identity, modifying their existing logo and updating their colours, typography and imagery to create a cohesive look and feel.

What We Did:

Visual Identity
WordPress Web Design + Build

This was a brand led by compassion and understanding, so we worked to share those existing values in their messaging.

I worked with them to design and develop a WordPress website that would showcase their approach, their offerings and what clients could expect, as well as wrote new copy for the website.

The result was a more cohesive online presence and a clearer portrayal of the work that Saterra does for the people that they help daily.

“We really love our new website. Kate did a fantastic job, and it is exactly what we envisioned! She asked the right questions to help us hone in on our branding. The website is very aesthetically pleasing and the content is nicely streamlined. Also, her deliverables and tutorials at the end of the project are very well laid out and organized.”
